The Blogs theme is the ROBLOX 2009 OBC Theme. I had to remove the ROBLOX logo from the banner since the logo and banner were combined. I had to manually erase the logo and then fix the buildings which took a hour or two.
If you want to see what the theme looked like on ROBLOX then you can see it here (just a quick warning I would suggest you turn down your volume.)
